LEVER SA and Callisto were the representative of the LIFE AMYBEAR project in the two-day LIFE Projects Networking for Nature and Biodiversity event in Greece (GRECABAT, EUROTURTLES, Egyptian Vulture NEW LIFE, Forestlife, Bonelli EastMed, Prespa Waterbirds, Andros Park, SAFE-CROSSING, AMYBEAR, ForOpenForests, Primed, Revultures, LIFE FALKON). The partnership of LIFE AMYBEAR project also includes the Decentralised Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia and the Municipality of Amyntaio. The two-day event was co-organised in the context of networking of the integrated project LIFE-IPN 4 NATURA – “Here we live” and the capacity-building project “Greek LIFE Task Force”, on 22 and 23 October 2019 at the headquarters of the Green Fund, Villa Kazouli.

During the first day of the event, the actions, the goals, the problems, and the results of the abovementioned projects were presented and a discussion was held on the contribution of LIFE Nature and Biodiversity projects to the measures of the Priority Action Framework 2014-2020. On the second day, emphasis was given on the capacity building actions of the same projects while the proposal for a common methodological approach during the implementation of the action “Assessment of Project’s Impacts on Ecosystem Functions” was presented – a mandatory action for all LIFE projects-.
